Returns

• To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

• Panties / Intimate wear are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

Refunds

• Once your returned item is received and inspected by us, we will process your refund promptly.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
