Size Guide

Finding the right bra size isn’t just about numbers — it’s about how you feel in your own skin.
And the truth is, most women are wearing the wrong size without even realizing it.

At Her Hawen, we believe the right fit should feel like support, not restriction.

How to Measure Yourself (The Right Way)

1. Start with the Right Tools

All you need is a soft measuring tape and a mirror.
For the most accurate results, wear a non-padded, well-fitted bra.

2. Measure Your Band Size

Wrap the measuring tape snugly around your ribcage, just under your bust.

  • Keep it straight and firm (not loose)
  • Make sure it sits level all around
  • Round to the nearest whole number

This number forms the foundation of your support.

3. Measure Your Bust Size

Measure around the fullest part of your bust.

  • Keep the tape relaxed, not tight
  • Ensure it stays level across your back

4. Find Your Cup Size

Subtract your band size from your bust measurement:

  • 1 inch = A
  • 2 inches = B
  • 3 inches = C
  • 4 inches = D

Simple — but often done incorrectly.

Common Mistakes to Avoid

  • Wearing a loose band that doesn’t provide support
  • Choosing cups that gap or spill over
  • Not adjusting straps properly
  • Ignoring how the bra feels after a few hours of wear

The Her Hawen Perspective

Your bra size isn’t fixed — your body changes, and your lingerie should adapt with you.

The right fit doesn’t just change how your clothes sit.
It changes how you carry yourself.

Because when something fits right,
you don’t think about it —
you just feel confident.
